ABOUT

I’ve always been good
at seeing the puzzle.

Minerva Studio grew from something I’ve been doing for most of my life: finding the connections between ideas, people, stories, and possibilities, then helping the bigger picture come into focus.

MEET CLAUDIA

I like to give ideas
a little room.

When something feels scattered, I tend to sit with it for a while. I look at the pieces, listen, ask questions, and give them room to settle.

And then, little by little, things begin to fall into place.

What felt complicated becomes clearer. What seemed unrelated suddenly matters. And I begin to see what the idea could become.

That’s the part of the work I love most.

THE THREAD

Looking back, I think I’ve always worked this way.

For most of my career, I didn’t call it brand strategy.

I spent many years working in radio and television, producing stories, shaping messages, leading teams, and creating experiences for an audience.

Over time, the projects changed. The mediums changed. Eventually, I began building ideas and businesses of my own.

But the instinct behind the work stayed remarkably similar:

Listen carefully. Find what matters.
Connect the pieces. Give the idea shape.

Today, that instinct lives at the heart of Minerva Studio.

WHY MINERVA

Wisdom. Strategy.

Creativity. Craft.

Minerva, the Roman goddess associated with wisdom, strategy, arts, and craftsmanship, felt like the right name for the studio I wanted to build.

A studio where clarity comes before decoration.
Where strategy and creativity belong together.
Where thoughtful decisions matter more than quick fixes.
And where every business is approached as something distinctly its own.

That’s the idea behind Minerva Studio.

WORKING TOGETHER

The studio has a name.

You’ll always work with me.

Minerva Studio is intentionally small and personal.

I believe the best work happens when there’s room for conversation, curiosity, honesty, and the occasional change of direction when we discover something better along the way.

I’ll ask questions. I’ll listen carefully. And I’ll probably notice the thing you mentioned casually twenty minutes ago and bring it back into the conversation.

Sometimes, that’s the missing piece.

And yes, there will probably be coffee involved.

Let’s talk about it.
